In the rare event of our awesome gear not being EXACTLY what you want or need, we do accept the return of our products. If you must make a return, however, we ask that it follows the 3U guideline: Unworn, Unwashed and Unused. The product must have been purchased at 2GGAPPAREL.COM, and we accept returns only within 30 days of the date of purchase. We don't accept returns with embroidered logos on them -- remember, not everyone likes your favorite course, college or sports team. The returned gear also must include all tags and be able to be sold as new again.
To make a return, email us at INFO@2NDGUYGOLF.COM and let us know the date of your purchase, the product you are returning, and the reason(s) for the return. We will then provide the correct handling and postage. Then send back the item(s) that didn’t quite work out this time via insured carrier to:

The team at 2GG Apparel stands behind the quality of our products, and we truly want to provide you with the best possible service in what would be considered a less-than-ideal situation in which your gear is damaged or defective. One cause for this might be the unfortunate mistreatment of your package by a delivery person who may not feel the same way about your package as we do. So if you receive your 2GG awesomeness and find it damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it within 60 days of the date of purchase.
